During the Annual Assembly held on Sunday, January 5, 2005, in the YMCA hall in the city of Port St. Lucie, the work of some of last year’s board members was recognized. The new President, Dr. Enrique Ospina, presented the outgoing president Herman Santa with a plaque featuring a photo of the directors. Dr. Ospina also presented René Cifuentes with a plaque featuring a photo of the directors.
