At the Annual Assembly held on Sunday, January 5, 2003, at the “Don Ramón” restaurant in Stuart, the work of the previous board of directors was acknowledged. The new President, Arnaldo Palenzuela, presented the outgoing president, Herman Santa, with a plaque featuring a photo of the directors.
